The service

Zap-Shorts lets you watch short series in one-to-two-minute vertical episodes. The first episodes of each series are free; the following ones are unlocked with coins or a VIP subscription.

Series are created with the help of artificial intelligence, as shown on each series page. Characters and stories are fictional; any resemblance to real people is coincidental.

The app is intended for people aged 12 and over.

Account

A guest account is created automatically on first launch. You can link it to your phone number (SMS code) or to a Google or Apple account to use it on another device.

You are responsible for the use of your account. We may suspend an account in case of fraud, reward abuse or harm to the service.

Coins, VIP and payments

Coins are a virtual currency usable only in Zap-Shorts. They are not refundable, not exchangeable for money and not transferable. Bonus coins (rewards, offers) expire 30 days after you receive them and are spent first.

The VIP subscription gives access to all episodes for the period purchased. It does not renew automatically.

Payments (mobile money, card, PayPal) are processed by our provider YengaPay. Coins or VIP are credited as soon as the provider confirms the payment. If anything goes wrong, contact support with the payment reference.

Rewards and ads

Rewards (daily check-in, tasks, rewarded videos, referrals) are capped per account and per device. Any attempt to get around these limits cancels the rewards and may lead to account suspension.

Intellectual property

Series, images, texts and trademarks of Zap-Shorts belong to AETC or its partners. Copying, recording or distributing them outside the app is forbidden.

Liability

We do our best to keep the service available but cannot guarantee it at all times (maintenance, network). Video quality adapts to your connection.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time in the app (Settings, then Delete my account). Remaining coins and any active VIP are then lost.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Burkina Faso, subject to the mandatory provisions of the consumer's country of residence. We may update them; the current version is always published on this page.
