Delete my account

From the app

  1. Open Zap-Shorts, then the Profile tab.
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Tap “Delete my account”, then confirm.

By email

No longer have the app? Write to us from the email address or with the phone number linked to your account (and your ID from the Profile tab, if you noted it). We handle requests within 30 days.

What happens

  • Deleted: phone number, Google or Apple sign-in links, progress, favorites, notification tokens, SMS code history.
  • Kept without your phone number: the device identifier and the history of coins, purchases, unlocks, rewards and referrals, for fraud prevention and accounting obligations.
  • Remaining coins and any active VIP are lost and not refunded.
