Is Zap-Shorts free?
The first episodes of every series are free, no account needed. The following ones are unlocked with coins, earned every day or purchased, or with the VIP subscription.
How do I earn coins?
With the daily check-in, tasks, rewarded videos and referrals, in the Rewards tab. Earned coins expire after 30 days.
How do I pay?
With mobile money, bank card or PayPal, on a secure payment page. Coins or VIP are credited as soon as the payment is confirmed.
I paid but received nothing
Confirmation usually takes a few seconds, sometimes a few minutes with mobile money. If nothing arrives, write to us with the payment reference (Profile, Wallet).
How do I get my account on another phone?
Link your account to your phone number, or to Google or Apple, from your Profile. Then sign in the same way on the new phone.
Does the app use a lot of data?
Quality adapts to your connection. On mobile networks, data saver mode (Settings) limits usage.
Write to us
Include your ID (shown in the Profile tab of the app) and, for a payment, its reference: we reply within 48 business hours.
